The Madrasah-Masjid was established in March 2011 with great efforts of Imam Jafar Sadik. He has been conducting prayers in make shift hut; to the School and Polytechnic students studying in Varuchikudi and Kottucherry areas with the help of local trading people.

The location of An-Naeem is in Devanoor Road just about 5 Kms from Karaikal. The Prayer Hall is in close proximity to School, Polytechnic and colleges. It is just off the Karaikal-Chennai Highway opposite to HP Petrol Station. This will be of use to all Muslim travellers for their prayer needs as this can been easily seen from the Highway.
